The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has developed a comprehensive plan to guide and encourage development in a structured way. The initial phase includes the creation of a Perspective Plan for the entire notified area and a Draft Master Plan 2031 for parts of Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahr within the NCR.
