Specifications of Logistics Park
The government is currently developing a logistics park called Logistics Park on this piece of land. Construction has begun on two separate warehouses, one spanning 40,000 square feet and the other covering 20,000 square feet. These new logistics facilities are equipped with modern amenities. Here are the specifications for the warehouses:
- The warehouses are designed without pillars and have a height of 10 meters. They are equipped with 10 unloading points, allowing for efficient use of pallets due to the extended height.
- The warehouse floors are positioned 4 feet above the ground level, ensuring the safe storage of food materials and minimizing the risk of infestation.
- There is a parking area in front of the warehouses that spans over 40,000 square feet, providing ample space for parking.
- Containers can be directly transported into the warehouse for loading and unloading purposes.
- Provision is available for installing fire-resistant equipment, CCTVs, and other security measures.
Greater Noida Will Soon Have Train Connectivity
The comprehensive project plan has been finalized, encompassing the development of a multi-modal transport and logistics hub spanning 478 hectares of land in seven villages surrounding Boraki. This ambitious endeavor is a joint initiative between the Greater Noida Authority and the Government of India. Notably, both projects have garnered the necessary approvals from the Government of India.
To date, about 80 percent of the required land has been successfully acquired, marking significant progress in the implementation of the project.
